This website is hosted by Squarespace.  Other than the Contact Us feature, we do not collect any information about you.  We will use the information you provide to update our Events list.  If we do not understand your submission or we cannot verify the event details, then we will use your email address to reach out to you for clarification.  If you use the Contact Us feature to contact us for other reasons, we will use your email address to respond.  We do not retain your information.  We will only use it to complete our tasks, then delete it.  We do not maintain a mailing list as we expect users of this website to visit for reference purposes only.  Should we list an event that you did not submit, please let us know if you want this information removed.  We assume that all public dance event coordinators and sponsors would appreciate the central listing this website will provide.
